Hi friends and family! It's that time of year again when Lucas is trying to raise money to head to the West Coast Nationals race, a BIG three day event in Red Bluff. This race has been attended in years past by drivers like Kyle Larson, Rico Abreu, Logan Seavey and more. This race alone costs upwards of $1500+ for entry fees, hotel stays, race parts, etc. so your purchase of a dinner makes all the difference in if we can attend!
This year I'm making yummy smoked pulled pork sandwiches with homemade BBQ sauce, optional siracha mayo sauce, coleslaw on a toasted brioche bun OR, have your pulled pork over white rice. Sides include cornbread, smoked baked potato salad and a baked dessert. Dinners for two or four this year!
